- Filling: 120 g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/4 red bell pepper finely diced, 1/4 yellow bell pepper finely diced, 1/4 cucumber finely diced (seeds removed), 1 small carrot peeled and grated, 2 tbsp chives or green onions finely chopped, Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Decoration (optional): 2 cherry tomatoes sliced, 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds, Fresh basil or parsley leaves
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Using a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut a star from each bread slice. Reserve the scraps for breadcrumbs or another use.
